1) Does the pet/human need to be physically present at the studio?

No, the pet/human DO NOT need to be physically present. We will only require photos of the pet/human which you will like to paint. So it's much more convenient!

2) How much time is required to complete oil painting?

The duration depends on the complexity of the painting. Typically, it will take about 8-12 weeks to complete an oil painting.

Painting: 6-8 weeks
Framing: 1-2 weeks
Delivery: 1-2 weeks

3) Why does it take so long to produce 1 painting?

Our Oil Paintings are 100% Hand-painted and require time and effort to produce each painting.

4) The paintings are too real and life-like! Are they photo prints?

No. Our Oil Paintings are 100% Hand-painted from scratch by our professional Master Artists, each of whom has decades of experience under their belt. The life-likeness of the paintings is the result of masterful practice in the painting arts by our artists.

That being said, we also do offer Photo Print On Canvas, as well as Photo Print on Wood (and other materials) to help our customers create different types of memorial keepsakes and customized gifts for themselves and their loved ones. 5) How do I maintain the painting?

Display painting in a dry environment. Avoid direct exposure to bright sun and humid conditions.
Use a soft and dry cloth (or a brush with soft bristle) to gently dust the surface of your painting regularly to prevent the buildup of dust.
If dust or dirt persists, use a cotton swab dipped in water and gently remove the direct from the painting. Wipe dry immediately.
Avoid using wet wipes (especially those with alcohol content).
We will also be providing an Artwork Care Card to guide you on the basic maintenance of your painting.

6) Can I order a different size for my painting? Can I order a customized size?

Yes! Our Custom Pet Portrait Oil Painting (Standard Style: Paint-Per-Photo) are fully customizable. Some of the customization requests we get from customers include, but are not limited to, changing the background of the painting to something of your preference, combining pet/human figures from multiple photos onto 1 painting, painting a photo with multiple human/pet figures side-by-side, customized painting size and dimensions, etc.

However, for our Custom Pet Portrait Oil Painting (Headshot Style), it only comes in square dimensions, and Only Head & Shoulder Portion of 1 Pet Figure Will Be Painted Against A Textured Single-Color Background.

7) Can I paint more than 1 pet/human figure within 1 painting? Can I combine pets/human figures from 2 photos into 1 painting?

8) The background of the photo I provided is not ideal. Can I change the background of the painting?

10) It is a little pricey... Can I think about it and get back to you again if I wish to order the painting?
